Torch Brazing

Perfectly suited for smaller production volumes or unusual designs
Employs a torch to heat the joint and melt the filler material
The joint is protected from oxidation by using filler materials that melt well below the oxidizing temperatures of the parent materials
Versatile technique which produce consistently high-quality connections
With the exception of a few metals such as titanium, zirconium and certain stainless steels, most can be torch brazed

Induction Brazing

Heats electrically conductive parts in an electromagnetic field produced by alternating current flow in an induction coil
Heat assemblies at the surface or to various depth by selecting an appropriate frequency and power density
Heating can be localized to minimize metallurgical changes in the assembly and reduce distortion
Can be conducted in air with minimum discoloration
